These Terms of Service explain the rules for using VouchPic.

The Service
VouchPic lets users upload photo sets, receive private feedback, and give feedback on other users' photo sets. The app may include account creation, email/password login, Google sign-in, Sign in with Apple, photo uploads, photo-set votes, reporting, blocking, moderation, and account deletion.
Eligibility
You may use VouchPic only if you can legally agree to these Terms and are old enough to use the app under applicable law and App Store age-rating rules.
You may not use VouchPic if you are banned from the app or if your use would violate applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
You may delete your account inside the app from Profile > Account > Delete account.
User Content
You are responsible for the photos and other content you upload or submit to VouchPic.
You may upload content only if:
- You own it or have permission to use it.
- It does not violate anyone else's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
- It follows the VouchPic Community Guidelines.
- It is lawful and appropriate for the app.
You grant VouchPic a limited license to host, store, display, process, moderate, and transmit your content as needed to operate the app, provide feedback features, enforce rules, and maintain safety.
You keep ownership of your content. VouchPic does not claim ownership of photos you upload.
Feedback And Vouches
VouchPic feedback is subjective and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, employment, dating, or safety advice.
You agree to give feedback respectfully and not to harass, shame, threaten, exploit, or target other users.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Upload illegal, explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive content.
- Upload content involving minors in an inappropriate, exploitative, or privacy-invasive way.
- Upload someone else's photo without permission.
- Use VouchPic to bully, shame, rank, or objectify people.
- Try to identify, contact, stalk, or harass users outside the intended app experience.
- Submit false reports or manipulate vouches.
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans, blocks, limits, or moderation.
- Access the app through automated scraping, reverse engineering, abuse, or security attacks.
- Interfere with the app, Supabase infrastructure, or other users' access.
Moderation
VouchPic may review, hide, reject, remove, or delete content. VouchPic may ban, suspend, or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
Moderation decisions may be based on user reports, internal review, automated signals, or other safety checks.
Reports And Blocking
Users can report photos that appear to violate the rules. Users can also block or hide content from another user where the feature is available.
Reporting does not guarantee a specific moderation outcome, but VouchPic aims to review reports promptly.
Privacy
VouchPic's Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted.
App Store Terms
If you download VouchPic from the Apple App Store, your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Changes To The Service
VouchPic may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The app is currently planned as a free first release, and paid features may be added later only if clearly disclosed.
Disclaimers
VouchPic is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or that feedback will be accurate or useful.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VouchPic and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using VouchPic at any time. VouchPic may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or use the app unlawfully.
